Let me introduce you to my animal emotion cards. These are ideal for children or adults who often find it hard to communicate their feelings. We are all learning more about mental health and how important it is to express how we are feeling, and being animal pictures instead of human pictures will enable them to take a step back from difficult feelings and make it a safer space to share. They are also fun and bring a lot of joy and would be so beneficial as a therapeutic tool. I notice that as soon as people see the emotion card picture, it brings an instant smile to their face.
